"Great location, very close to termini train station for easy access to anywhere in Italy, and Rome Fiumicino Airport. Walkable to all the historic sites in town as well. Very clean room with a lot of free items like water and snacks in the room. Comfortable beds too. The most modern stay we had while spending two weeks in Italy"

"Casa Guttmann is in an excellent location - it’s so close to many of the things we wanted to see as well as restaurants and shopping. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Princess was especially helpful when we arrived and when we needed assistance. The suite was beautiful and very spacious. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Rome in the future."

"Very welcoming staff! Cheery smiles especially from Fabio and Stefano were really warm. Breakfast was amazing and gave us energy for all of our explorations of Roma. We enjoyed tea in the evenings. Front desk staff helped us arrange our easy travel to airport. Nice recommendations for dinner and shopping. Our rooms were very clean, especially the bathroom. Breakfast staff a but unfriendly and kick you out when breakfast time is over even if you are still eating which if you are a late riser can be rude. Also VERY unaccomodating about storing luggage - unless your luggage is LOCKED they won’t accept it which caused big problems for us. "

"Great place to stay! Staff were really friendly and attentive. Room spotless, spacious and had everything we needed. Room cleaned every morning. They lay rose petals on the bed as it was our honeymoon and it was my husbands birthday during the stay and we came back to find a hand written note and a bottle of wine. Perfect location. Staff spent time showing us a map, offering locals tips for places to eat, directions and transport. We highly recommend and will definitely go back again"
