"This hotel is in poor condition and does not meet basic expectations for cleanliness or upkeep. The room had a noticeable odor, air conditioning issues, and worn furnishings.  It showed significant signs of neglect, including stained carpets, peeling paint, and an unsatisfactory bathroom condition.
