"ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!! It's a long list of complaints... 1. 2 hours late to check us in even after we notified them TWICE we were in vicinity 2. BUGS BUGS BUGS we realized we are on a tropical island but my wife LITERALLY SLEPT in RAINGEAR to protect herself from bites...they told us to keep "doors closed"!!! "Property was beautiful, beach was super clean and very calm. Not too crowded, which was good. Staff was nice for the most part. Nightly entertainment can be improved alittle bit. Also was very common for the bars to run out of certain drinks. Overall we had a great time besides those little issues."
