"This is my second time staying at Citizen M, I stayed once in New York and this last time in Paris and while both locations are very different, they are also very familiar. However, I must say the Paris location is so nice. I loved it and I will be back."

"Hotel is an old building, but room well updated. Was really clean and a modern bathroom. Bed was comfy. Room was small, but enough (to be expected in city hotels). Its in a fantastic location with plenty of places within 100m for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks. Also near metro and busses Staff were all very nice amd helpful. I will be staying here the next time i visit paris."

"The WiFi was fast enough. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and consistent. It was nice seeing the same faces daily and there were plenty of them to assist any guest. My room was very clean and nice. I did not try breakfast any given day. My only complaint would be that there was no coffee in the room or in the lobby or anywhere that I could see besides having to go to restaurant area, that's the only amenity not available."

"Nice hotel. Welcoming and helping staff. I allowed to clean my room only once ,because cleaning lady threw out my slippers for no reason,I couldn't find them after the cleaningm Since that I was afraid to let her clean my room."

"The room was clean and the bed was fine. The only issue we had our kettle didn't work we went to the front desk they said they would send one up.. After a hour we rang and they said they would sent one up. Rang again a hour later they said they same. So no hot water to make coffee or to heat our noodles for dinner. "

"Room was tiny, but clean and functional, just what we were looking for. Staff were all very helpful and we were able to store our large suitcases downstairs so see didn't have to schlep them up to the room."
