"Amazing hotel. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Location was ideal as could get to most things within 15-20 mins walk. Rooms were great spacious and modern and a/c was very welcome with the hot weather. Roof top bar, sun deck, and pool were just a delight. Already planning our next stay!"

"A charming hotel whose rooms are connected homes in the old part of Seville. Access for some is through long underground tunnels with stone floors and walls. The rooms are large and spacious, with classical furniture. This is no problem and to be expected in this unique hotel, located in the heart of the old city close to the famous sites. The rooftop pool is large for standing groups of guests in refuge from the heat. "

"Amazing location with the best hotel pool in Seville. Breakfasts and lunches were fantastic. However service at the pool bar was very slow. They need more staff there. Those there worked very hard but need more support. "

"Our third visit, and our stay was as special as both previous ones. Peacefulness, remoteness, spotlessly clean room, very efficient A//C, light comfy lounge area. The swimming pool was much appreciated, as was the poolside bar (weekends) and the delicious food from the Oromana restaurant - open Monday - Saturday evenings and weekend lunchtimes. But... what makes this hotel exceptional is it's staff. Waiting staff, housekeeping, behind the scenes staff we never met, and reception staff were polite and professional. Reception staff in particular were helpful, organising taxis, restaurant bookings and drinks durung the day when the bar wasn't manned. All the reception staff worked very hard, and went above and beyond to fulfil our requests. But one gentleman stood out. Thankyou Fran for taking time to make us feel extra special - always a smile, handshake, advice on festivals we may enjoy another year and he produced an iron and extra coat hangers in a flash. He made us feel we were friends as well as guests. Thank you Fran, for your genuine wishes that we had a good stay at The Oromana."
