"Grundsätzlich war alles sauber und ordentlich, aber die Zimmerreinigung zwischendurch war etwas nachlässig - ein Schlafzimmer gemacht, das andere nicht. War etwas seltsam. Aber im Allgemeinen war das Hotel und auch das Apartment bei Anreise in sehr ordentlichem Zustand. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und auch das Frühstück war lecker. Wir würden wiederkommen."

"Incredible service by Petra and Attila. They gave us all the great restaurants and bakeries and places to go. Thanks for their help with trains !! The sauna was so deluxe: hot and a nice rest area. The breakfast was delicious with fresh squeezed juice. Great pastries. Our room was quiet and the bed was great. Super location with easy walk everywhere. We are coming back . "

"Amazing, central location. The hotel is within a beautiful building, with stunning high ceilings in our room. The staff were very helpful, polite and friendly and the hotel was clean. Unfortunately, our room had a bad smell, which we let the staff know about - this was a shame, because otherwise everything was great. "

"I loved the decor of the hotel and the rooms were spacious and nice. The bed was a little hard for me; but i’m the type who prefers a soft mattress. The hotel itself was clean and the staff was very nice. I liked that they had a free water and coffee station that is available 24/7. They also have breakfast (for an extra cost) and it was ok. I recommend passing on it, but if you need something quick there are options there. I would recommend this hotel to others, and I would book again if I come...

"Everything in all honesty was really good. Staff really helpful, the lady(red hair wish we'd asked her name)at breakfast made our kids packed lunch which was a life saver 3 hours later. So a huge thanks to her. The biggest let down was the later check in process. We did speak to the front desk in the morning and the explanation was details weren't readily available through Expedia when booking on Expedia. I can't see this being the case because correspondence before arrival via email, Expedia...

"The Junior Suite was spacious with a mattress that's the perfect balance of firm and soft. Ample wardrobe space and a generous supply of hangers. The TV supports screen mirroring, and the bathroom is bright and spotless with premium toiletries.The breakfast was top-notch. Hot Chocolate is incredibly rich and intense. The made-to-order breakfast menu is exquisite, offering an extensive selection of dishes. The Spa was clean, spacious, and relaxing. "

Very easy self service entry, keep in mind you need internet upon your arrival as your entry code will be available on your arrival day. The appartement is located next to busses/metro to get to the city center in a few minutes. There is a store nearby. Would definetely recommend this place and I would come back if I would visit budapest again"
