"Decent stay for one or two nights."

"The hotel is new and in great condition. I just didn’t like the fact that they put on their property details that they have an airport shuttle and I think it’s misleading. I mentioned it to them and they said they call a taxi to help customers. I reiterated that customers can call a taxi to get to the airport but to put that they have an airport shuttle is different. The only reason I booked this hotel however ended up paying more since it’s way far to the airport."

"Avevamo un evento a cinisello la struttura era proprio adiacente al luogo e la scelta è stata azzeccata. Buona struttura (business), buona colazione. Forse la camera un poco vissuta ma per il prezzo era ok anche questa. Il personale gentilissimo. Un grazie alla reception per il caricabatterie."

"Initially we had issues with construction noise on site. We messaged the property via Expedia and they responded well by posting signs about the construction and limiting the hours for construction."

"I would NEVER stay at this place. The hotel did not have AC. Bathrooms flooded after shower. When told the front desk person about the flood, he wasn’t even interested and just acting like it’s normal. Do not stay here. Period."

"The shower was not working properly. Couldn’t close the door therefore everything got super wet. Only one charger plug in the room and only worked when the lights were on. Bidet was a nice touch of the property."

"A good place to stay. It is about 20 minutes by Metro train to the heart of Milan, and the hotel is a 5 minute walk from a Metro station. Plenty of local coffee and dining options. Hotel and rooms in great condition, clean, safe, comfortable. "

"Camera spaziosa, confortevole e silenziosa. Buona anche la colazione. Struttura un po' datata ma curata e pulita. Check-out un po' troppo lento dovuto alla presenza di una sola persona in reception. Valutazione nel complesso positiva."

"James on reception was excellent with perfect English which helped. He explained everything slowly and calmly and directed us to our room. The room was perfectly suitable with functioning air conditioning, and soft pillows, and although the bathroom was a bit dated, it was again perfectly adequate."

"Ist okay für ein - zwei Nächte. Alles sehr Laut und hellhörig, Lärm gab es bis Mitternacht (wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße hin). Kissen waren sehr hart. Frühstück gab es kaum Auswahl. Am zweiten Tag wurden unsere Handtücher mitgenommen, jedoch keine neuen mehr hingelegt. Für einen Städtetrip reicht es völlig aus, man darf aber nicht zu viel erwarten. Die Anbindung zur Metro ist sehr gut. Man läuft vom Hotel ca. 4 Minuten zur Metrostation und fahrt von dort aus ca. 20 Minuten bis zum Dom. "
