まだ建設中箇所もあったが、ガーデンや外観はケンジントンにいるような気分にしてくれる。 部屋毎に内装の色が違っていてロイヤルな色と柄がとても可愛い。

Beautiful Hotel at Khaoyai. Clean and nice hotel with great customer service. Decoration is awesome. Staff is extremely helpful. We had a fantastic stay at Kensington.

Very secluded.

Excellent hotel. Parts are still under construction, but not a problem. It's a long (10 - 20 km) way from anywhere (Between Wang Nam Khaeo and Khao Yai / Vineyards). But if you have a car and a plan, then it's not a problem.

Wonderful Staffs, and thanks to the F&B manager

It was a really good stay, the landscaping of the hotel is so nice, you can smell the roses in the garden, and the Monet garden was great. the staffs are so helpful, especially the F&B manager, we had a long day getting through traffic jams inside the national park, and checkin the hotel quite late, the restaurant that night only serve gala dinner for the new year eve, and no in room service provided, we dont want to sit through the extensive dinner. The F&B manager offered to cook us simple and comfort food despite a busy night for the gala dinner at their restaurant. Really appreciated the way they go extra mile to enable us a comfortable stay.

ภาพรวมการเดินทางเข้าพัก ประทับใจมากค่ะ ทั้งบรรยากาศงดงาม สไตล์สวนอังกฤษ กุหลาบเยอะมากแม้ปลูกยากแต่ก็เยอะและสวยมากๆ การตกแต่ง เกร๋มากๆ ทำเล การบริการของ พนง.ที่น่ารักมากๆ ต้องบอกต่อ ว่าดีจริง สวนสวย วิวสวย ท่ามกลางธรรมชาติกลางหุบเขา และประทับใจมากที่สุดคือโบสถ์ และสวนตรงทางเข้า สวยงามมากๆค่ะ เช่นเดียวกันกับ พนง.ที่ดูแลและให้บริการ เฟรนลี่และมีจิตในงานบริการสูงมากขอชมเชย มีเพียงเรื่องเดียวที่คงต้องขอนุญาตติ เพืาอก่อจ่อไปคือเรื่องอาหารเช้า ไม่ใช่ติเรื่องความอร่อย ความสะอาดนะคะ อันนั้นดีอยู่แล้ว แต่หมายถึงด้านความหลากหลาย ของเมนู คาวหวานต่างๆ เพื่อให้สมกับมาตราฐานของเกรดโรงแรม ราคาพัก และภาพรวม คือถ้ามีน้อยอย่างควรต้องเด็ด แต่อันนี้น่าจะน้อยไปสำหรับโรงแรมระดับนี้ อยากให้ผู้บริหารพิจารณาแก้ไขเร่งด่วน เพื่อสร้างและตรึงความประทับใจในภาพรวมของลฟุกค้าไว้ให้ได้ทั้งหมดร้อยเปอร์เซ็นต์ค่ะ

Great reception and location

If anyone is thinking of travelling to Khao Yai, this is definitely a must-see! Though there are construction works to expand Kensington, the main garden is really pretty and staff were welcoming! Room is themed and very pretty and comfortable. Will definitely recommend for stay here.

There is no spa facility although it is stated in its website Also if you want massage -will have to be on-call service and treatment in the bedroom -not a proper massage bed in a massage room -this is rather disappointed particularly there s not much to do in the evening and massage treatment s a good choice to kill time
