Terrible experience with staff at the Acili restaurant being so rude and unhospitable in their communication about not taking photograph around the restaurant. We were told that the restaurant isn’t direct part of the hotel but the hotel website clearly shows the restaurant as key part of its compound making it a false advertisement to customers. There are better ways to communicate to customers about this matter. Checking in process took more than half an hour. We had 3 rooms and all had issues eg. bad smell of drainage, broken kettle and very poor quality of towels. However staff at the coffee shop were very polite and helpful.
