"I am 86 years old and in a written request via Expedia asked to have a ground floor room. Before I got there I made the required call to doublecheck with the Inn and learned they put me in an upstairs room and there are an usually amount of old wooden stairs and no elevator that I had to carry my luggage up one stair at a time while hanging o to the railing.
