"Every thing was fine"

"I was very unhappy with the check out process before I could settle the bill they had come to the room and started cleaning!! I had all my important documents in the safe did not even give me time to take it out!! Till today I have not got a phone call from the manager!! "

"Staff don’t know how to check reservations and told there is no reservation for 1hr, later they found and told they don’t have rooms as they assigned the suite to another person as they didn’t go through the reservation."
