Contactless check-in. Clean, quiet, comfortable room. Parked right in front of room. The Neon Malard is a fun little Speakeasy type bar with outside fire ring seating as well. Charcuterie suppers and desserts only. Great staff, beverages and ambiance.

We were in the 2-room suite; we enjoyed the extra space & kitchenette. The room is typical of the old-school motels that have been updated, knotty pine walls, new tile bathroom, etc. The room was very clean, with a good bed. Pagosa Springs is finishing up (nov, 2026) a major Main Street project, which can be chaotic, but management did their best with the situation. I'd stay again - clean room in a great location at a fair price (needs better lighting for this old guy to read in, however :) )

Room was pretty small and bathroom was slightly cramped. Location was good and parking was fine. A/C unit in room barely kept the temperature tolerable. I don't think the A/C would keep up on a hot day. All together the stay was okay for the money.

Quick stop through Pagosa. Super convenient. It’s a modern take on a motel! Air conditioner was weak, but we opened windows because it was 44 degrees overnight. Super walkable to restaurants and river.

Basic accommodations. Fine for a day or two. Shower was refreshing. Good location. Shining point is the onsite bar. Not the type of place I'd expect in Pagosa Springs. Great vibe and style. Drinks were OK...environment was great.
