"From the moment I arrived, Miss Ten was so friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, quiet and air conditioned. The shower was enclosed, which was a first for me in Vietnam. Water prices from the mini bar were good and she invited me for lunch with her and her family, which I had to decline, but it was a lovely offer. The location is excellent. There are bicycles you can take for a ride around the area. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hoi An. "

"Moore is in such a good location for a stay in Hoi An. Right next to the bridge to walk across to the markets, shops, cafes and restaurants. The rooms are very clean and the beds and pillows extremely comfortable. Black out blinds and aircon are perfect for a good sleep. The pool area is really nice and happy hour (buy 1 get 1 free) every afternoon. Breakfast buffet is brilliant. "

"旧市街まで徒歩５分で、新市街のような騒がしさや明るさがなく、落ち着いた場所にあります。 近くには美味しいフォーの店やお手頃なマッサージ店多く、過ごしやすいです。 スタッフは非常にフレンドリーで、おすすめのレストランや体験、空港やダナンまでの送迎の提案をしてくれます。実際に行ったフォーとバイミンミーの店はとてもおいしかったです。また部屋のアップグレードもしてくれました。 部屋にはドライヤーもあり、シャワーの水圧も悪くありませんでした。ペットボトルの水やウェルカムドリンクももらえます。エレベーターも付いています。 非常にコスパよくスタッフの方もよかったので、次回ホイアンに行く機会があればまた泊まりたいです。"

You can refill your water bottle with Kangen alkaline water available 24/7 downstairs. The only drawbacks are the stairs. However, they are more than happy to carry your suitcases upstairs for you if needed. "
