"We arrived the property around 4:10pm on 6/9, and realized that the owner or hotel.com didn’t send us the check in instruction, so we couldn’t get in. We tried to contact the owner listed on the hotel.com, but the phone number is out of service. So we contacted hotel.com, they got same info.
