"First of all, checkinn was 2 pm. But we had to wait till 3pm because the room was not ready. No sorry nothing. The reception lady and the manager on duty didn't even greet properly. None of the days we were there. Imagine it's a small hotel and you have to past them every day. They just look at you. The sink had a blockage, so the water didn't flow and there was a smell in the bathroom. No separation between toilet and bath so the whole bathroom was full with water. "Superb service from all of the staff, especially the Manava restaurant. Very quiet room and amazing family apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Great range of food options in the Manava restaurant but the food everywhere was brilliant. Wi-Fi is great everywhere even on the beach. As the resort is so huge there are buggies to transport you if needed. Fantastic gym and pool side service. Can’t fault anything! Great experience!"
