"The bathroom was dirty when we got there and the sink would not drain, we asked to have it cleaned, and that never got done. We also requested towels and never got them. I stayed here several times before and it’s definitely gone downhill. There was no manager on site and the staff was not really very helpful although they were kind, they seemed understaffed ?"

"This is a cheap looking motel. Nothing more. Trash bin with a smell of "dead flash" is in the entrance and a rusty sign from 40-50 years ago. Very noisy at night. The outside light is bright into the bed at night so it feels day in the room when you want to sleep. The AC engine is next to bed..... we were hit with additional costs. We cut our stay short. AVOID THIS MOTEL."

"The staff at Wyndham Boca Raton was friendly, which I appreciated, but the property itself was very disappointing. The hotel feels outdated and badly in need of a full renovation. The room had a damp, moldy smell, and several appliances did not work properly. The carpet had stains, the room did not feel clean, and the bathroom was even more dated than the rest of the space. Overall, the entire property feels run down and in need of a complete overhaul. Friendly staff can only do so much when the condition of the hotel is this poor."
