"The whole master bathroom was flooded from the toilet with a very strong sewer smell. The bedrooms where in very bad conditions. The sliding doors almost impossible to open. The kitchen cabinets in very bad conditions, the jacuzzi wasn't working property. Beautiful location but; the building needs an update. We pay way too much for what we got. "

"Great location just opposite a lovely beach and row of street food style restaurants. Hotel pool is good, breakfast buffet is good, and the hotel restaurant was better than other places we went on the island. "

"Very cute and unique. Had a litter of kittens living outside on the property which I loved. Easy check in process, beautiful area. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. "

"Service. It’s clear everyone got the memo. David greeted us at the bell stand as we arrived and was ready to be helpful whenever we needed anything. Housekeeping was awesome, Jesus made the best Negronis at the Casa Grande bar. Breakfast staff, particularly Noel, were super friendly and helpful with local tips and suggestions - always a great way to start each day"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Fajardo Inn. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge. The room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed a meal at the restaurant with excellent service and delicious food. The coffee bar as well. Our favorite part were the pools. Highly recommend!"
