"This is a beautiful, well equipped hotel that lets itself down due to corporate greed, amateur level service and lack of attention to detail. The hotel itself, the ground, the pools and the setting behind Falésia Beach are stunning. The rooms were kept very clean by the chambermaids and we have nothing but great things to say about the wonderful fellows that manned the front desk. The area of Olhos de Aqua is a very quaint part of Albufeira which we absolutely loved. We felt very safe here and loved all the little restaurants in the area. We would definitely stay here again. Took a couple of days and a few requests to get a highchair though and never received coffee pods for the machine despite asking a few times.
