"We read many reviews about how clean and quiet the hotel was- it was exactly as the reviews described. Even though it was just short of full capacity we never heard any of our neighbors, their televisions or showers etc. It was very easy to fall asleep and stay asleep on the comfortable beds and in the quiet room. Had a nice indoor pool area also. All areas were very clean and staff was helpful and friendly."

"This establishment is situated in an old restored home. It still has the original wooden floors, doors and fixtures. Internet access was very simple and worked perfectly. Location of this house is within walking distance of Main Street, home to many restaurants and antique shops. A walkable linear path over the lift bridge. Very good customer service. We experienced a power outage which lasted 5 hours. We received a partial refund. Even though it did not affect us, a tree was blown...

"Gorgeous hotel! Free parking was a bonus in a busy walkable area. The rooftop hot tub was clean and large. The restaurant is really good. My only comment would be that the room we were in didnt have an iron."

"The Lora is our go-to place for a delightful night out. From the warm reception to the great room to the welcoming restaurant and bar, it is always a restful, satisfying stay. Even Walter the golden retriever offers a warm wagy-tailed hello or goodbye. We’ll be back soon!"

"We had an amazing stay while in the re for a gymnastics camp. The evening/overnight desk staff was not only beautiful but very personable and welcoming. She made sure everything was ready and checked in on us, there was authentic conversation and she definitely made us feel welcome. The morning staff was more reserved and didn’t say much to us, but the overall hotel was beyond expectations."
