"This place was horrible. it was a good place to rest but that’s it. The “breakfast” was a joke. it was only waffles no fruit , no cereal literally nothing. I booked it from friday to monday morning. they took away a day and did not tell me. I came back from getting food and my card was not working on my door. i went to the front and they told me that “check out was at 11”. all of my stuff was still in the room. I had to practically beg just to get my stuff out. 1/2 of my clothes were missing when i was getting my stuff packed. This place is HORRIBLE! do NOT ever come here. what a waste of $197. I would do ANYTHING to get that refunded."

"The room was clean, the staff was professional and friendly, breakfast was delicious with multiple choices, and free parking was available. Thumb up"

"The room was very spacious and clean. We checked in the same day after having a horrible experience at another hotel, so we were happy they had availability. The cost is very fair, as well! Front desk staff was friendly and courteous. The free breakfast was decent. There was an odd smell on the 4th floor hallway, maybe from an old vacuum bag or something, but it wasn't terrible. Parking was abundant and overall felt safe. Property is locked and you can only get in if you have a key card, so the extra security was nice. Cons: The walls are very thin, so take earplugs of you're a light sleeper. The elevator was janky and could use a big update."

"Both front desk ladies that I interacted with for check in and check out were very helpful. They went above and beyond and were extremely sweet as well. When traveling things are already stressful so their extra help, attention and willingness made things significantly better and took a little of the stress away. I know the lady that checked me in’s name was Billi (spelling?) and I’m not sure the other ladies name but she was working Saturday, 4/25/2026 in the morning around 11:00 AM and both of their help made it so I would come back no questions. Thank you for being so wonderful in a world that unfortunately is not that way anymore. <3"

"room wasn’t clean. The staff was disrespectful. People were letting their dogs attack other people. The door looked like it was kicked in. There was no safety no security. It was downright nasty. They had the whole third floor blocked off because they didn’t have enough linens and the elevator was broken down. "

"There is no staff on site during the night or in the morning until 9am. My key stopped working when I went to get coffee and I was locked out of my room for nearly 2 hours in 40 degree temps. The AC was so loud; squeaking and clicking. The fridge sounded like it was trying to go to space. Luckily, I had a neighbor that was screaming for most of the night, so I was distracted from the noise in my own room. This place is ridiculous. Keep scrolling. You're welcome. "
