"When I had a sudden change of plans, they allowed my friend who I was traveling with check in so that they had a room since I was arriving much later than anticipated. It was a huge help and greatly appreciated!! Hotel was clean and a great price."

"Amenities are sparse. Door lock on our room was finicky as the magnetic cards are very sensitive to presence kf other cards and electronic devices according to the staff. Staff were very helpful and were very helpful in providing us with any planning or recommendations. Breakfast included, but very limited options. Hwoever, for traveling to Seattle on a budget, it is a great option."

"The front desk staff on check in and check out were incredibly helpful and friendly. The shuttle was clean and very useful to get to the hotel from the airport. Despite the traffic, our shuttle driver was friendly and did her best to make the trip quick. We were lucky to be placed into an updated and renovated room which was lovely!
