"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel was so disgusting that I feel obligated to warn other travelers. From the moment we walked through the front doors, I was horrified. The carpet in the lobby and hallways was absolutely filthy. I have never seen hotel carpet in such poor condition. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years and made an awful first impression. "Apparently buried somewhere on this hotel's listing on Expedia it says everyone is expected to put down a returnable $100.00 cash deposit upon check in which will be returned in the checking out process. I did not see this advertised on Expedia or their site but found it after the fact when I had to do a deep dive into the fine print terms and conditions. Something like this needs to be advertised openly and highlighted. Many people don't have cash like that on hand and can't afford to put down...

"I booked a smoking room and got a non smoking room then I had made.food for me.and my partner to save in good cost and couldn't even use the microwave because it was broken had no tables or chairs to sit at no coffee pot couldn't watch TV because you had to pay to watch the TV and the place had roaches and I was not able to get my money refunded as I couldn't stay there it was that unpleasant"
