"LITTERALLY one of the best hotels we stayed in from our trip from BC to NS/PEI & back to BC. The view is unreal if you get a room with it! Breakfast is a to go select type. Didn't get but seen the slip."

"I booked 2 rooms for 1 night, June 25/26. I had stayed at this property before a couple of years ago. I found the property very different this time. The windows had no shade or drapes, just a sheer panel that you could see through. The bathrooms are old, the tub had rust all round it and the toilet was so small it looked like it was for a child. My son slept in the one room and he couldn't sleep because the sheets were washed with something that made him itchy all night. I had emailed the...

"You have a prime location in North Bay that you could really take advantage of, unfortunately the establishment is in dire need of modern updates. We will not return, unless renovations happen, and pride of ownership improves."
