"My reservation had been canceled so I had to rebook on the spot, loosing my discount. The door to my room would not lock from the outside when I would leave. The TV remote did not work so I had to change the channel by going to the satellite box and manually changing it. I was told that there was no working remote for that room. Breakfast was a joke. No glasses for milk, very little provided. We, along with other guest, ended up going to a fast food restaurant for breakfast. Overall, a very bad experience."

"Nicely updated room (except nasty apolstered chair) with solid surface flooring. Some items still older but in good shape. Pool is in disrepair and lighted sign at front isn't working which made the property look in disrepair but everything else was good."
