"도착 무더운 첫날, 에어컨이 동작하지 않아 애를 먹었습니다. 알고보니, 벽에있는 콘트롤러를 함께 작동해야 되는 것이었는데..제대로 안내가 되지 않아 전화를 걸어 신고를 하고서야 문제가 해결되었습니다. 다음은 TV 리모콘의 건전지가 다 닳아서 작동이 되지 않아 다음 날, 조치 받았습니다. 또한 방에 설치되어있는 와이파이가 제대로 작동하지 않아, 컴퓨터를 개인 스마트폰 핫스팟으로 해결하였고, 다음날 신고를 해서 오후 늦게 설치기사가 나와 임시로 개통하였습니다. 총체적으로, 손님이 바뀔 때, 기존 시설에 대한 점검을 하고, 새로운 손님을 받아야 하는데, 그런 부분에서 제대로 관리가 되지 않습니다. 스위스 마을의 랜드마크인 시계탑의 시계가 시간이 맞지 않은 채 방치되어 있고, 각 동의 1층의 상점 영업이 전혀 이루어지지 않는 것으로 보아, 코로나의 후유증이기도 하겠으나, 단지 자체가 관리가 되지 않고 죽어가고 있는 듯 합니다. 묵지는 마시고 사진이나 몇 장 찍는 것으로 방문하시기 바랍니다."

If the breakfast had been any worse I don't think you could have called it a breakfast, Basically, coffee and plain toast with either jam or proceesed cheese slices. What happened to the pastries? "Although the room was a good size, with everything you would need for a short or extended stay, it didn't live up to the ratings on Expedia. The place is dated and could use some TLC. Our room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed after the last visitor (we found hairs and dust), so we didn't feel comfortable unpacking and there was some damage to the bathroom door that made it hard to slide open/closed. But a bed is a bed, and for this price, it wasn't bad. Included in the price is free entrance to their petting zoo and orange picking. The petting zoo has seen better days and only had a few animals so it really only a 10 minute experience. There were a ton of spiderwebs that made it feel like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. the orange picking was a nice addition and although we came a little too early in the season, we were able to find a few good oranges to snack on during our trip. "
