"The guy checking me in was rude anna not helpful at all. The ac doesn't get very cool. The room was ok, floor wasn't tall clean and don't look at the sink over fill drain. Will not stay here again."

"Was very clean. Floors were clean. My feet weren’t black. Nice deep tub. Remote worked. Quiet. Loved the shower head. Would recommend to others. And will stay here again."

"The staff is amazing and they do their very best to accommodate the guests yet still follow proceedure . There was plenty of parking and it was quiet. Only downfall I could see was that of the pool needed tending to."

"I don't know what the problem was but I had to leave early because I could not receive mail or packages never received anything in writing or on the site also I have a recently issued gov't I'd with a picture and everyone kept that I was crazy that it is not me and several other women implied that they are me that I stoled my id also I look exactly like the picture"

"Once checked in. Room was dirty smelled of pee,beds were dirty restroom looked as if hadn't been cleaned. Kept getting locked out of both rooms that were booked. Staff was not helpful. Would not be going back to any sleep in"

"This is a very nice property and has been undergoing upgrades. Our suite was exactly what we needed. However, either someone had smoked in our room prior to our arrival and we detected cigarette smoke lingering. They had scent masls on the hallway of our floor. Yet,cit did effect our stay. I did report it to management, but they didn't address it while we were there. Not sure we will stay again unless assured the rooms are repainted and scrubbed."

"We arrived got into our room AC wasn't blowing cold air it was hot in there in the room so will you called front desk they got maintenance and they fixed the unit in 15 minutes and it worked really good after that"

"I usually go to Phoenix once a year and I stay here. It’s a good cost and location. Room was nice, I did notice that the outlets were a little worn so plugs didn’t stay easy in some of them. I don’t recall if I had breakfast there, I was just in town for the weekend to see friends ."
