"Gtgggg"

"Bianca was VERY pleasant, helpful and kind. My issue was the elevator breaking down and having to use the stairs with luggage.."

"Elevator was broke when I booked the night and I was traveling with a handicapped person and was on the forth floor"

"Great experience"

"Nice place to stay for work"

"The room was spacious and had a kitchen. The big screen TV was nice. The living room was comfortable. The bed which is listed as a queen, is not quite the size of a queen, but it was larger than a double. The staff was helpful. We had a squeaky bathroom door, which was located in the bedroom. I told the front desk and they took care of it while we were out. The place felt like there were people that lived there full time. I'm don't know for sure. The doors to the rooms slammed...

"Check in time is 3 PM, we arrived after 4 PM and had to wait 20 minutes for them to check our room had been cleaned. We had a two bedroom suite and the furniture and the kitchen were in pretty bad shape. It was clean though. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Very convenient location."

"The absolutely noisiest hotel I’ve ever experienced! Not only was the freeway noise insanely loud, the rude people in the next room blasted their tv all evening, all night and all morning in spite of several calls to complain. The elevator equipment room door stayed propped open during our whole time there making horrid noises 24/7. The hot tub was broken, the hair dryer was DISGUSTING!! The staff were not at all professional. The building needs a LOT of attention and repair. Save yourself some...

"Only problem we had was we were in a handicap room with a roll in shower. The curtain"

"everythig was good"
