"Obviously, things were not perfect being only one week after the earthquake. But the staff was exceptional. The hotel is close to all the amenities needed. The views are spectacular. Wonderful pool. Delicious food (especially the ceviche). But again the staff went above and beyond. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

We had reserved a Superior double with a Mountain View, but we were given a King and twin bed with a glass-sealed window offering a view of the hotel’s interior. In Ipiales, nighttime temperatures remain low, causing the room to cool quickly.
