"This was a very nice hotel and the price I secured was very pleasing to my budget. I was able to visit the Bay Area and not break the bank. The hotel was close to the Jack London Ferry stop so it was an easy quick ride to San Francisco. Also the hotel is only a short walk from the BART stop, to get to and from the San Francisco Airport, so you can save a ton of money using public transportation, no new for rentals or Ubers. The only drawback was that it was not many places that were opened downtown on the weekend for food but I was able to find some good eats in walking distance from the hotel at the Oakland Street Food Cafe, great food. I would highly recommend this property and would stay again if I visited the Bay Area. Its both affordable and convenient to get to. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful."

"I couldn’t even stay. The bathroom door was covered in rust spots. I asked to have a new room and it was the same situation if not worse. When I asked the lady at the front desk, she told me all the rooms were like that to some degree. This was so disappointing. I had to find another place to stay at the last minute. "

"First off let me say this place is about location and price. It is near many multiple freeway locations and restaurants. Other than that is has nothing going for it. It is run down and has no blankets for the bed to sleep, just 2 sheets. The fan made sound but blew no air out. We had a desk but no chair. It advertised a patio but there was none. And the complimentary breakfast was as basic as can be, box cereal and bagels. And even though there were two guests, my wife and I, they only gave me a coupon for one breakfast per room. We chose not to eat. And the amtrak train goes by consistently like every 20 minutes or so, shaking the room and blaring the train horn. "

"Late check out is 1 pm no extra charge !! And free breakfast was a plus!! Room was clean properly stocked and building was clean gym was great variety of work out machines overall it was excellent!!! Will definitely stay again !"

"Property was clean. Check in was a breeze even when booking with Expedia. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Parking onsite "

"The rooms were clean. The outside not so much, but you get what you pay for. I knew we were coming into Oakland super late and didn’t want to spend much for a few hours until we picked up our car so it was a place to wash up and lay your head for a few hours. Staff and hot shower was the best part of the stay."
