"The room was not very clean. The breakfast was surprisingly great, but the floor was so sticky, I had to wash the syrup off the bottom of my shoes after eating in the dining space. "

"Everything went great and I’ve returned a couple times. Hotel cleaning comes too early is my only dislike. Coming at 9 am seemed unnecessary."

"Call to see if they are still renovating!!!!!! We were there for 9 days !! We moved from the 8th floor because renovation was supposed to have started. We were moved to the fifth floor only to find out that they were not doing renovation on the eighth floor. We had no ice machine working on the fifth floor or the fourth floor so we had to go to the sixth floor. We tried to do laundry only to find out that the laundry room was on the second floor and the entire second floor was under renovation so we ended up having to find a local laundromat. After a few days. The hotel was down to only two elevators working. Mind you there was some type of gymnastics convention going on and there was a long wait for the elevator.. we had a problem with the hot water on the eighth floor and then after two days on the fifth floor the water seem to be not as hot . We thought it was maybe from the hotel being overly crowded from the gymnastic competition, but they left, and the water issue was still the same lukewarm water."

"The breakfast was good and well stocked by attentive staff. The room was very nice and comfortable."

"Staff was friendly. Breakfast was the typical fare. We were there Wednesday to Sunday they never bothered to get garbage or used towels/wash cloths from the room. Apparently you have to request what should be an automatic service. We won’t be back."
