"The location is excellent, just steps from the primary Piazza. The rooms are on the 4th floor of a high-end mall. Restaurants, shopping, sites and Hop-OnHop-HopOff bus very close. The rooms were modern and could be considered luxury accommodations. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was great. The host was very responsive. Looking forward to next stay."

The shower head was broken and couldn’t be adjusted properly. The beds were TERRIBLE. Very firm and you feel every spring. We...
