"This a beautiful hotel, the beds were so comfortable and the rooms were very clean. My only complaint is the breakfast bar needs a serious upgrade. There was no bacon served, the pancakes were rubbery and they only had powder creamer for the coffee, and only original flavor. Other than that everything else we beyond expectations"

"Everything about our stay was top-notch! All staff we encountered made sure we had an excellent experience from check-in to departure. Dinah in guest services went out of her way to resolve a billing question we had. She was an angel and is a great example of the attentive staff at the Chateau. We really enjoyed our time at the pool and took advantage of the food and beverage service. They didn’t miss a beat! We’ll definitely be coming back."

"Our first room had an older AC unit that was not able to keep the room cool. The staff was very helpful to move us to another room. The second room had a very rusty trash can in the bathroom and the tub drain was extremely clogged. The shower curtain was too small and water leaked on the floor. The bathroom smelled like sewage or mildew. All additional exterior door locks failed. Multiple key cards were unusable. Desperately needing to update entry locks."
