"Can not fault brilliant staff great location lovely food nice room!"

"Lovely hotel beautiful location Helpful staff With breakfast we had really tasty garlic mushrooms Will stay again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"We loved our stay at this hotel. The location is amazing and within walking distance to everything- shops, restaurants and sights. Great service from the staff! They leave hot chocolate, sparkling/ still water and cookies in the room and replace each day if they are taken/used. We arrived by coach bus and it was a 5 min walk from Gloucester Green bus station. Highly recommend!"

"I booked a standard room for our daughter for her wedding night. The hotel very kindly upgraded them to a suite and provided an array of pastries and delights for them upon their late arrival. I cannot thank them enough for rounding off their very special day, A very special hotel and staff."

"The Old Parsonage is ideally located for exploring Oxford and the onsite parking is a huge bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the wonderful staff made us feel so welcome! The restaurant was also fabulous, highly recommend."

"Good breakfast, good sized room and helpful staff"

"We had to move rooms initially as the wall heater had been left on and it was uncomfortably hot, plus there was a really bad smell (although the room looked cean). Hotel staff helpful and assigned new room without any fuss. Main negative is that half the hotel does not appear to have a lift so we had to haul suitcases up and down stairs. The second room was accessible by lift so much easier. Following that hiccup......rest of stay was very pleasant. Room comfortable and clean. Nice shower...

"Staff is great! Georgi is awesome! Super helpful and friendly"

"This is our second stay in this room, The Foundry, at Tower House. We loved the OLDNESS of this 16th century building in the heart of Oxford, nestled in among all the colleges. The entrance is just a door up two steps from the street, just as though it's a private dwelling, and not a hotel. (Note the steps are a bit steep, so not best for those with mobility issues.) Our receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Although he is there part-time, he lives next door and is available by phone or...

"The stay was really great – I found that Martyn and Aamir were really friendly and accommodating with my requests."

"Had a lovely stay."

"The property had a terrible smell. The whole hotel looked like it was not renovated for centuries. The bathroom had an awful smell when we flushed the toilets. I would not stay or recommend this hotel. Breakfast was average. We stayed for two nights, but in hindsight should have checked out immediately as the standards were really poor. Luckily we had some friends with us so could share the pain. We spent most of the time in the services at the food court and only went to sleep as it was very...
