"This hotel was very nice, I interacted with Nadia who's customer is flawless she is very friendly and professional I give her an A+. The room was clean, bedsheets clean, new towels, pillows was good , and they had breakfast included. Overall I'll say a 10, I'll definitely will stay again."

"This was the second time in one week that my wife and I stayed at the hotel. We had a very pleasant overnight stay and wanted a repeat of that a week later. One thing about it was the airport shuttle which was prompt and no delays. There was only one hiccup on the second stay and that there was a clogged drain and water backup in shower which was a bit of a mess. The desk staff alerted maintenance and they arrived within 15 minutes and immediately corrected the issue. Needless to say we still had a good stay and will probably visit again when we are in the BWI area. "
