"Cleaners tended to neglect cleaning our room and, when cleaned, basic necessities were not refilled or replaced such as hand gel and toilet paper. Also, upon arrival, worn dirty socks were left behind, a toothbrush was found in one of the beds and some colouring pencils!? I’m confused as to why these were left behind in the bed. Also, our towels were not replaced for our entire stay of 1 week unfortunately - which is a shame. Furthermore, the breakfast was okay but it almost felt like attending...
