"Very nice bed & breakfast with our own bathroom connected to the room. Rooms are a little on the small side but comfortable. It was a cold, rainy day & when we asked about the heat we were told it was off for the summer but hostess graciously turned it on so that we could get warmed up. Very pleasant hostess who welcomed us & suggested a restaurant nearby for dinner (Powers Thatch Bar & Restaurant) which was excellent. Breakfast was home cooked by hostess & good variety. "Die Unterkunft ist gut zu Fuss von der Busstation aus erreichbar, ebenso das Zentrum von Galway. Die Lage des B&B ist ruhig. Der Empfang in der Unterkunft war sehr freundlich. Unser Zimmer war mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war sehr fein, vor allem die frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen mundeten sehr. Das Personal war zuvorkommend und nett. Es hat uns hier sehr gut gefallen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen."

"Fantastisk beliggenhed. Ro og fred helt uden trafikstøj eller andre gener. Når man åbnede et vindue eller satte sig udenfor, var det eneste man hørte bølgeskvulp fra søen. Huset lå helt nede ved søen, for enden af en ca. 2 km lang Mark/Skovvej. Men der var kun 5 min. kørsel ind til den lille hyggelige by med gode spisesteder. Check In var nemt og hurtigt, og værtinden var sød og hjælpsom mht. hvad man skulle se i området. Værelset var lidt lydt om natten, når andre var på toilet, snorkede osv....

"We loved it! The host was so nice. Our room was amazing. It was clean, comfortable and really pretty. In our room there was a private bathroom. The view from our room was also breathtaking! Breakfast was good and there were many options. We didn't have a car but it was okay. Tom the taxi driver was very helpful and drove us to Oughterard and back where we could hop on a bus! If you don't have a car please plan your trip carefully. This guesthouse was definitely worth visiting! We recommend it....
