"Only 15 minutes walking from the train station, a nice hotel with all facilities for a 3star hotel. The only negative was breakfast. Breakfast was really poor only very little staff there and they didnt had even omelette or sausages or something like that. The hotel has a very sweet nice rooftop and i tried once a dinner and a lunch. Perfect quality greetings to chef"

"The room was very noisy due to poor sound insulation from the window – you could hear a lot from outside. The bed was hard but okay, it worked. I was going to swim and asked for two towels – one for me and one for my dad – but they said they only had one left, and then they ran out of towels. The one I got felt a bit damp, like it might have already been used, which wasn’t very pleasant."

"Nous avons eu la chance de tomber en période creuse, le personnel il était disponible, nous avons eu une chambre visiblement rénovée L'environnement est effectivement très bruyant, mais ce n'est pas le seul hôtel de ce standing à être au bord d'une route. Cette manie des Marocains de klaxonner pour tout et pour rien n'aide pas Deux restaurants, un l'international que nous n'avons pas testé et un restaurant marocain à recommander. Petit déjeuner très correct."

"Il riad e' bellissimo. Abbiamo cenato dentro al riad, una cena deliziosa ed esclusiva (eravamo in 4!) i cortili sono bellissimi, le stanze hanno le lenzuola bianche e pulite, cosa che apprezzo moltissimo. Colazione eccellente."

"I've mixed views on this one. I reached around 8pm and it took me 45 minutes to find this place. Fes is confusing and you will get lost so I'd have appreciated if the Riad had shared directions/ landmarks/ advice on how to reach them. I am surprised nobody else's review has this issue. I'm guessing they all took the train pickup service that the Riad offers. I didn't as it's much cheaper to take a taxi. The Riad is run by a very sweet lady who made sure I had breakfast every morning before...

"Bonjour, on nous a appris à notre arrivée qu'il avait reçu la réservation hotels.com la veille de notre arrivée alors que nous avions passé la commande il y a plus de 2 mois. L'hôtel étant complet on nous a proposé 2 hôtels alternatif un 3* et un 4* alors que celui réservé est donné à 5*. Nous avons ressenti une qualité inférieure, et aucun geste commercial de l'établissement, ce que nous avons trouvé regrettable. "
