"My biggest gripe was the room AC didn’t work for the entire trip. I. Spite of multiple requests it was not fixed.
And then to top it off, I saw a charge of 15 euros that was not disclosed at closing. God only knows what that was for.
The highlights: our room balcony faced the lake. And the lady at the breakfast counter in morning was amazing."

The property is beautiful and the location is unmatched.
First, we arrived around 14:15. At the door, the bellman insisted on us giving him our luggage even though we tried not to. He assured us he would take the bags straight up to our room. "The hotel is located opposite the train station and there is a Metro station just by the main entrance. It is close to restaurants. The staff were very helpful and professional. The buffet breakfast was plentiful. My only very minor comment is that there was too little space between the end of the bed and wall. I had to squeeze past the bed to get to the desk. "Clean, conveniently located one metro stop from the train station or 10 min walk. It’s close to the Cathedral and other old town attractions, restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was great, but not included, we had to pay 20 CHS/pp. They charged 2 CHS for extra nespresso pods (only 2 provided for 2 night stay). The shower was clogged but fixed upon request. The portable AC came in handy during the heat wave. Overall loved this charming hotel and can recommend it."
