C’est une honte

Dès notre arrivée à l’hôtel en taxi vert incapable de transporter toutes nos valises, nous avons fait le trajet avec des bagages sur le siège arrière, payé 5000fca, et informé que notre chambre n’était pas prête alors que notre réservation était confirmée, pas d’excuses et nous avons été transféré dans une maison, sans wifi, et sans changement de drap, et sans ménage, j’ai pourtant prolongé jusqu’au 02/08 au lieu du 30 juillet que j’ai due payer 75000fca de la main à la main sans recevoir de facture, le 28/07 nous n’avions plus d’eau dans la maison, quelqu’un est intervenu seulement le 30, autre surprise de taille pour mes fils et moi qui sommes rentrés le 01/08 et avons trouvé un couple dans une des chambre de la maison, qui en faite servait de maison de passe, non professionnel, ce lieu ne devrait même pas figurer en choix sur hôtel.com, c’est une honte cet établissement, même gratuitement je n’y mettrai plus jamais les pieds, malgré mes nuits supplémentaires je ne peux même pas bénéficier de mes rewards, sachant que j’avais une nuit gratuite. J’aurais dû lire les commentaires sur expédia et je me serai abstenue d’aller dans ce lieu sordide.

Le personnel est très accueillant et disponible. Le soir le lieu est calme, accueillant et charmant. par contre l'après-midi (en tout cas pendant les congés et les week-ends) c'est un peu comme une piscine publique. La description des chambres manque un peu de précision et il est conseillé de bien se renseigner.

Excellent séjour à Villa Tenko

Nous avons été très bien accueillis à Villa Tenko. L’hôtel est calme, reposant, sécurisé. Il est très bien situé à Ouagadougou. Nous l’avions choisi un peu par hasard, sur recommandation d’une ONG. Nous le recommandons à notre tour.
