The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very comfirtable. Only thing I would suggest is to put a table and chaires on the balcony.

On our first night, we arrived after 2 AM and left before 7 AM. The second time, we arrived after 5 PM and left the hotel before midnight. Both times, they mistakenly assumed we had booked a single room, despite our booking confirmation showing otherwise. It took us three calls to finally receive a second towel. We also had to call reception three times before our bags were delivered—almost an hour after we checked in.

Very solid hotel with all I needed in Ouga

This is a very solid hotel with all I needed in Ouagadougou: a comfortable bed, well-working AC, generally reliable internet, and great food! I will certainly return to the Lancaster when back in Ouaga. Merci mille fois !

We requested an Airport Pick up - They didn't show up, the Internet connection is very very bad, you have to reconnect every 5 mins, no hot water in the mornings. Our room offer had 1 1 on Buffets, We asked them before placing orders for a Dinner Buffet, the Staff confirmed and later billed us full prices - the language barrier is strong, they don't speak good english.
