Not sure where parking usually is but it was a bit of an inconvenience, to park in a shopping centre parking lot. But that would not prevent me from staying again.

We love the bedding and it’s so comfortable! However the front desk staff requires more training if they are new and can’t even handle the credit card deposit from the computer! My credit gone through the machine twice for the deposit but the staff kept saying it’s not. Thanks to another senior staff checked and said “ yes it’s gone through twice “. It actually stressed me out!!

The hotel and staff couldn’t be faulted but the amount of drug taking and homeless in the area surrounding the hotel was somewhat off putting

Parking lot was under renovation and I had to park my car at a mall across the street. The hotel staff didn't mention about the parking situation until I ask him and didn't explain a thing about the facilities. The parking entrance of the mall was far made me walk quite long with a heavy luggage. Cooler in the hotel room wasn't working properly and water pressure in washroom was very weak.

There definitely was a shortage of staff the front desk person and they waitress. We're not getting along and you could see it clearly. By the way, they interacted, there was no. Thank you for staying very, very poorly managed hotel. Breakfast was great, but when you stand in line for 10 minutes because there's only 1 person sitting. People cleaning tables serving and others are just standing here. Doing nothing does not make for a great experience

Its right across from the Rideau Center with Simons and H&M steps away. It is a busy downtown area so a lot of people struggle around the area. The parking was a nightmare and so stressful. The bed was very comfortable. I didnt like that they didn’t refill the coffee, no creamers in the fridge.

Great stay, nice property and lots to see around the local area. With it being a downtown location there were some unsavory people in the general vicinity that made walking around feel a little uncomfortable.

Perfectly located in the heart of Ottawa. The hotel feels fresh and updated overall, however i will say the 2 dbl bed room felt small and cramped - with the front door opening right onto the closet door. There was little space between the beds. The room had a view of a rooftop - less than desirable. In Unfortunately our toilet felt wobbly and the sink filled up with water - clearly in need of maintenance. The hotel provides a top sheet separately - not in the bed, personally i am a flat/top sheet enthousiaste and don't like sleeping just with a comforter (must be a generational thing) The pool area is shared with the adjacent hotel - the hot tub has been built over with a makeshift deck - obviously with no intention of coming back. Gym was well equipped for a couple days stay with the basic equipment and machines. Ottawa has a growing homeless problem and the hotel does a good job at keeping them at bay, but there is only so much they can do. They were no bother to hotel guests, just sitting around. I'd stay again, but would request a better floor/view/room

It’s very inconvenient to send your customers to another parking lot at a random location without indications as to how to get there while also charging for that parking. Also, staff was not considerate to all this, didn’t try to help.

The hotel itself is great in terms of infrastructure and location but it definitely seems like they want to suck dollars out of you wherever possible. From charging for early check in to threatening a charge if you take the hotel shampoo and asking $1.00 extra for additional coffee pods, as a customer it was just a bit too in your face. Consequently it didn't feel as welcoming as I had hoped (the assumption that customers will steal or take advantage of services was off putting).
