Great staff... had second thoughts due to external appearance, like Motel style; however, rooms were all updated and quite comfortable. Friendly staff. Best Shwarma in town across the street: the Shwarma Palace.

Super clean and very friendly staff. Walking distance from Rideau Hall and Parliament buildings. A lot of restaurants nearby, and an awesome little movie theatre just up the street. Very close to Byward market. Quite a few street people, but it doesn’t feel unsafe.

The bed was surprisingly very comfy and had a nice sleep every day for an economic suite, easy parking and safe, disappointed for winter no continental breakfast, but I had a to go bag. Will definitely come back.
