Located in the heart of the countryside of Seville, Osuna has a Muslim and a stately past that will delight those looking for a less-crowded destination.

Osuna is one of the most charming towns in all of the province of Seville thanks to its great wealth of monuments, the beauty of its architecture and its many restaurants and hotels. If you’re considering spending your holidays in Osuna, we’ll help you to prepare, with all the main points of interest to be found in this spectacular town.

One of the jewels of the city is the Renaissance church, Iglesia colegiata de Nuestra Señora de la Asunción, where you’ll find the museum of sacred art of the sacristy, which houses works by the famous Baroque painter José de Ribera, and the chapel of the sepulchre. You’ll also want to visit the interesting Torre del Agua archaeological museum (12th-century Almohad building), where you’ll find an extensive exhibition of the cultural heritage inherited from the various civilisations that have populated Osuna over the centuries.

After checking out the cheap trips to Osuna available on our website, we also recommend that you draw up a route before visiting the town. Be sure to include Monasterio de la Encarnación and Iglesia de Santo Domingo, two of the most relevant examples of the town’s abundant religious architecture.

As well as visiting the most emblematic buildings, we suggest you take a relaxing stroll through the town’s streets to really take in the town's architectural beauty. We recommend you visit La Carrera (the main street), Plaza Mayor, Plaza de la Merced and the neoclassical Arco de la Pastora archway.

Last but not least, don't forget to visit Universidad de la Purísima Concepción, a unique old university building with a two-storey medieval courtyard that will leave you breathless.

They do not offer parking off site. You must drive around town till you find street parking. Which is impossible. The room is dated (to be expected) but somethings like a hole in the bottom of the door leading outside, should be addressed. We won’t be returning to this hotel.
