The charge 100 dollar facility fee for internet and gym. Basically an unfair up charge, which I find a type of nefarious activity. Internet should be free at this point in time and I don’t appreciate paying for things I don’t use. Water was just warm, not hot. Elevators very very slow. So just small things, but not perfect.

Second stay at the Langham and it's very difficult to fault any aspect of our stay. Welcoming and attentive staff. Clean. Executive Lounge a must.

My wife and I live in Connecticut. This is our go-to hotel when we have to attend a function in Manhattan (rather than driving back). It is superb and has excellent suites at reasonable prices.
