"The check-in process was super easy, and communication with the property managers was great. However, we were pretty disappointed with the property itself. The listing showed photos of multiple Jungle House properties rather than the specific one we booked. We ended up staying in a much smaller building labeled “D” behind the main house, which we weren't expecting based on the photos.
