"Das Personal war immer super freundlich, gut gelaunt und hilfsbereit. Sowohl an der Rezeption, beim Frühstück und besonders das Team im Hotel eigenen Restaurant. Mit den Zimmern waren wir ebenfalls zufrieden, alles sauber und in Ordnung. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt."

"This was the cheapest hotel of our stay but far from the worst. Friendly staff, nice rooms just a little bit scuffed especially in the bathrooms. No breakfast options but there are supermarkets close by. Kaufbeuren is a nice little place, convenient for exploring the area."

"Personal muy amable. El hotel se encuentra a 15 minutos en metro del centro de la ciudad. La habitación es muy linda, bien equipada pero pequeña. No apta para personas discapacitadas ya que la cama principal hay que subir tres escalones y está en el piso. Y la otra cama doble se encuentra en un entrepiso, ..."
