"The cabins are old and need a bit of work. In the ‘wet’ room bathroom, the water from the shower ran away from the drain and out towards the kitchen. The crockery, pots and pans weren’t clean and the mattresses were stained, saggy and soft. It’s very basic accommodation but as they charge you more than a family room at a good hotel it needs to be much better."

"Hold jer langt væk fra DanCenter. Det er det værste jeg nogensinde har været med om. Bondefangeri af en anden helt ny kaliber. Customer service fortjener ikke en eneste stjerne. Har aldrig blevet behandlet så dårligt før i mit liv. 0 stjerner er havde været mere passende. "

"They do have an elevtor; it's tiny AND you have to manually open the door--and it's a super heavy fire door. I managed it only because I have big hips to bump it with. That said, the staff allowed me to keep my wheelchair in the lobby because I couldn't manage it on that elevator. Not the first hotel I've done that in, so I'm always grateful when they can make it work. Superb front staff!!! Can't say enough nice things about them. Nice breakfast although all the juice has added sugar. Handy location right across from the train station and about 2 blocks from the long pedestrian only shopping street, which is fun to browse. Take the #18 bus to Moesgaard Museum if you have time. The bus stop is a block from the hotel. "
