"We required 2 beds and hide-a-bed. Room was too small for hide-a-bed. Opening it would completely block the door, leaving no exit in case of emergency. Completely unsafe. So hide-a-bed could not be used. Avalon also charged an extra $20 on top of booked and paid amount."

"Pro's: Room was small but very well appointed. Nice big TV with lots of channels. Beach chairs, loungers and umbrellas free for use. AC was quiet and ceiling fan with light was helpful. 4 BBQ's with four tables and chairs Cons: Shower head was outdated. dishes and dinner ware was mix and match. No oven. Room access was by physical key instead of fob or code."

"I stayed one night, the front desk staff was kind & helpful. I found the cleaning staff requires more training & double checking their work. The first room I was checked into I found hair in the bathroom on the floor on the edge of the tub in the bathroom sink and one large one on the “freshly” made bed. I mentioned this to the front desk staff and quickly moved me & apologized. The room I then had was clean. You could see the bathroom was sprayed down with cleaning products it wasn’t fully...
