This is the best hotel in Osorno. I hardly recommend it, you won’t regret. Nice view, and amazing service!

We booked this hotel looking forward to using the pool. Thus, we both disappointed and surprised to learn it was not in operation as the hotel explicitly advertised the pool and did not mention it was closed either at the time of booking or during check-in. Front desk staff were disinterested and less than friendly or helpful. There was trash on our floor that stayed there the entirety of our stay. The shower barely functioned, with so little water coming out as it was hard to bathe.

tuve que solicitar cambio de habitación, reservé una con vista al río y según foto. Esto no fue atendido por el hotel Buena habitación, buena cama. Almohadas viejas al igual que las sábanas. Personal agradable. Comida del restaurante para el 18.09. regular al igual que los tragos de cortesía ( pisco sauer) ☹️
