THE THIEF
Great hotel, interesting location. Very disappointing about the closing of the spa a short time before our arrival. The proposed compensation was inadequate. The desk gave us a great upgrade of the room which was appreciated. Restaurant food was good, accommodation of customers a bit strange.

Great staff, clean rooms, great free breakfast. Fab location, only a 10 min walk to the markets. Our only complaint is that nobody from the hotel or hotels.com thought to tell us about the building work next door. We didn't find out until we got into our room. Very helpful staff, lovely clean room and public areas, great breakfast and there is the benefit of a complementary dinner. Very quiet location yet within walking distance of museums and the centre.
