"they offer apartments with service in a super nice area of the city, and you can get anywhere from there. The lady at the reception was super helpful and kind, she explained everything, helped with parking (they offer parking lots in 3 mins walk from the entrance). "The location is out of the way but with easy transit connection. We had to reach out on WhatsApp to get the door codes. We chose it for parking but host at first did not give us a spot (had to ask). The Wi-Fi was surprisingly not functional and the TV cable was unplugged behind a chair. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable. The staff was super responsive on WhatsApp, though, and tried to help with the TV (which we sorted out after all, though after missing a chunk of a World Cup game)."
